I ordered a 50 inch stand on zero turn. Got approved saturday night Monday my mower was delivered to pennsylvania. They have answered all my little questions after delivery without hesitation. I'm very happy with there service and the mower.

Absolutely awesome transaction. Spoke to Jeffrey on Thursday 8/22/24 applied for the 0%. Financing for the Bad Boy elite zt 54” placed my order by 3:00 p.m Machine was delivered by 11:30 AM next morning. Highly recommend buying from Merit Hardware .Also machine was delivered to nj over 2 1/2 hours away by a great delivery guy for $99. Crazy to not take advantage of deals like this.

Worked with Jeff on Friday night over the phone, drove to his shop and paid for a new BadBoy Sat am. Jeff was easy to deal with, answered all of my questions and actually talked me into going with the Kawasaki engine for my size property but also gave me a nice deal at the same time. Mower was delivered to my house which is 45 mins away by 12pm same day! My neighbor saw mine and called Jeff and he ended up buying the same mower, so win win for everyone. So since day 1 the mower has been making a high pitch squealing sound when engaging the blades, I recently contacted Jeff so let’s see if we can remedy the issue over the phone or if Jeff takes it in for service under warranty.

Not sure what these other folks are talking about, received my stand on blower today. A motor was broke due to shipping and text Jeff right away and said he would ship the part out first thing in the morning. Overall fast shipping and easy paperwork and great customer service. Will buy again in the future

I just bought my second zero return in four years from Jeff. The owner gave me his personal cell phone was a pleasure to talk to an easy-going price was great. 0% financing was easy and a $99 delivery fee to Long eddy New York, which makes it very easy.
